Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Specialist - Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise systems, serving as the primary Salesforce Administrator
• Design, develop, and implement system workflows and data integrations to support business requirements
• Provide technical support and consultancy to users, ensuring timely resolution of issues and system documentation

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience administering enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, SIS, LMS)
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable
• Experience with Anthology SIS and Canvas LMS is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience managing database platforms is a plus
