Job Summary
Owning the support queue for Salesforce and sales tools, the full-time remote GTM Systems Support and Agentic Engineer will triage and resolve issues while designing long-term automation solutions to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce and sales systems support within a rapidly growing sales organization
- Triage, debug, and resolve issues in the Salesforce environment, utilizing debug logs to identify root causes effectively
- Design and implement automation solutions to address recurring issues and improve overall system functionality and user experience
Required qualifications
- Strong Salesforce admin and engineering experience, including hands-on Apex and SOQL
- Real Salesforce debugging experience with the ability to trace root causes under pressure
- Familiarity with modern sales tech stack tools such as Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Proven experience in building agentic systems that handle context, orchestration, and durability
- A self-starter orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and system improvement
