Job Summary

Owning the support queue for Salesforce and sales tools, the full-time remote GTM Systems Support and Agentic Engineer will triage and resolve issues while designing long-term automation solutions to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce and sales systems support within a rapidly growing sales organization
  • Triage, debug, and resolve issues in the Salesforce environment, utilizing debug logs to identify root causes effectively
  • Design and implement automation solutions to address recurring issues and improve overall system functionality and user experience
Required qualifications
  • Strong Salesforce admin and engineering experience, including hands-on Apex and SOQL
  • Real Salesforce debugging experience with the ability to trace root causes under pressure
  • Familiarity with modern sales tech stack tools such as Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Proven experience in building agentic systems that handle context, orchestration, and durability
  • A self-starter orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and system improvement
