Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Salesforce Tableau Analytics Specialist to work remotely, who will design and enhance analytics solutions, develop dashboards, and support data governance initiatives to drive actionable insights across Salesforce and Tableau platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards to support the customer lifecycle
- Build and optimize Tableau Cloud dashboards for performance and usability
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements while ensuring data quality and governance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or data visualization solutions
- Strong experience with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, including custom reporting solutions
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience developing dashboards and visualizations within Tableau Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Tableau CRM and Tableau Prep for data preparation and quality improvement
