Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Team Lead who has strong expertise in Salesforce Integration, Omni Channel Contact Center solutions, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 6 professionals, ensuring successful project delivery
  • Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems
  • Drive Omni Channel Contact Center solutions within Salesforce
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in Salesforce Integration (APIs, middleware, etc.)
  • Strong experience in Omni Channel Contact Center solutions
  • Solid experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Proven leadership experience managing small to mid-sized teams
  • 8+ years of work experience with Salesforce.com
