Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Team Lead who has strong expertise in Salesforce Integration, Omni Channel Contact Center solutions, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 6 professionals, ensuring successful project delivery
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems
- Drive Omni Channel Contact Center solutions within Salesforce
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Salesforce Integration (APIs, middleware, etc.)
- Strong experience in Omni Channel Contact Center solutions
- Solid experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Proven leadership experience managing small to mid-sized teams
- 8+ years of work experience with Salesforce.com
