Salesforce Tech Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Salesforce Tech Lead will drive feature execution and delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams while managing development process improvements and mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and developers to execute and deliver Salesforce features
• Improve development processes and remove impediments to enhance team performance
• Contribute to coding and feature verifications to support release commitments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in software development, including leading a team
• Experience as a technical or team lead
• Working knowledge of unit testing, design patterns, and object-oriented software design
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Apex, and microservice architecture
