Salesforce Technical Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead technical design and ensure architectural integrity across multiple Salesforce applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance, ensuring alignment with architecture standards through code reviews and design sessions
• Maintain governance documentation and best practices while supporting service initiatives related to managing multiple Salesforce orgs
• Mentor senior development team members and collaborate with technical leaders to ensure strategic alignment of Salesforce initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture with a focus on complex system integration
• Proven experience leading architecture design and technical sessions within the Salesforce ecosystem
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and integrations with third-party services
• Experience managing multiple Salesforce orgs and understanding multi-org complexities
