Salesforce Technical Architect
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Voice & Amazon Connect Technical Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud Voice integrated with Amazon Connect for enhanced contact center solutions
- Develop and automate SCV flows, Omni-Channel routing, and agent scripts for various user journeys
- Provision Salesforce environments and manage deployment processes, including UAT and production cutovers
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect integrations
- Proficiency in Salesforce Flows, Apex, and CI/CD practices
- Expertise in AWS services such as Lambda and IAM
- Strong understanding of contact center operations and reporting
- Familiarity with HIPAA/PHI regulations and secure data handling
