Job Summary
To support a TPA-focused Health Care/Life Sciences client, the full-time Salesforce Technical Architect will redesign and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud Voice integrated with Amazon Connect, focusing on solution architecture, development, and deployment of contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Salesforce Service Cloud Voice integrated with Amazon Connect for enhanced call routing and agent experience
- Develop and automate SCV flows, Omni-Channel routing, and real-time data exchange using Salesforce Flows and AWS Lambda
- Provision environments and manage UAT, staged releases, and hypercare for contact center solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect integrations
- Proficiency in Salesforce Flows, Apex, and AWS Lambda for real-time data transport
- Strong knowledge of contact center operations and reporting
- Experience with API design and secure data handling (PII/PHI)
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and call recording/transcription requirements
