Salesforce Technical Architect

Job Summary

Partnering closely with technology and business stakeholders, the full-time salaried Salesforce Technical Architect will define scalable Salesforce architecture and oversee implementation deliverables while acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer architecture initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing best practice recommendations and overseeing data models, security architecture, and API integrations
• Produce technical design and documentation to facilitate effective project delivery and improve overall efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 7 years of applicable work experience, including 5+ years in a technical architect role
• Significant knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Desired certifications: Certified Integration Architect, Certified System Architect, and Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer
• Experience with middleware applications such as Mulesoft or Boomi
