Salesforce Technical Business Analyst
Job Summary
To shape the future of Salesforce development, the remote Salesforce Technical Business Analyst will define and drive the product roadmap for a 100% Salesforce-native DevSecOps platform, engaging directly with Fortune 500 clients and collaborating closely with engineering leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across multiple product lines, identifying new market opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Lead the development of AI-powered DevOps capabilities and pioneer agent-aware governance frameworks
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate complex requirements into product solutions while managing execution and delivery timelines
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem
- Deep technical understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, deployment models, and security models
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise products that drive customer adoption and revenue
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and security/compliance tooling is strongly preferred
- Strong perspective on AI/ML's impact on Salesforce development and governance
