Job Summary
To shape the future of Salesforce development, the remote Salesforce Technical Business Analyst will own the product roadmap for a leading DevSecOps platform, engaging with Fortune 500 clients and driving AI-powered innovations while collaborating closely with the CEO and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across five product lines, identifying whitespace opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Lead the development of AI-powered DevOps capabilities and pioneer agent-aware governance frameworks
- Engage with enterprise customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product solutions
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Deep technical understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, deployment models, and security
- Proven track record of delivering products adopted by enterprise customers in regulated industries
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and security/compliance tooling
- Strong perspective on the impact of AI/ML on Salesforce development and governance
