Salesforce Technical Business Analyst
Job Summary
Driving product vision and strategy, the full-time remote Salesforce Technical Business Analyst will own the product roadmap for a Salesforce-native DevSecOps platform, engaging with Fortune 500 clients to define innovative solutions and lead AI-powered capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across multiple product lines, identifying whitespace opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Engage directly with customers to understand their pain points and translate complex requirements into product solutions
- Write detailed product requirements and partner with engineering to deliver on aggressive timelines while tracking product KPIs
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Deep technical understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, deployment models, and security models
- Proven track record of shipping products adopted by enterprise customers in regulated industries
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling
- Strong perspective on the impact of AI/ML on Salesforce development and governance
