Salesforce Technical Business Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a visionary Salesforce Technical Business Analyst, this full-time remote position will own the product roadmap for a Salesforce-native DevSecOps platform, engaging with Fortune 500 clients to define innovative product capabilities and drive AI-powered solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across multiple product lines, identifying market opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Lead the development of AI-powered DevOps capabilities, including intelligent deployment agents and automated security scanning
- Engage with enterprise customers to understand their pain points and translate complex requirements into effective product solutions
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem
- Deep technical understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, deployment pipelines, and security models
- Proven track record of successfully shipping products adopted by enterprise customers in regulated industries
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and security/compliance tooling is strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting to C-suite audiences and writing technical specifications
