Salesforce Technical Consultant

Job Summary

Joining the LATAM/Argentina Delivery Team, the remote Salesforce Technical Consultant will implement Salesforce solutions by configuring systems, conducting data migrations, and deploying changes, while working as an independent contractor with a monthly retainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and configure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools as directed by Solution Architects
• Conduct data migrations, including mapping, transformations, and imports
• Provide post-deployment support and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with Product teams

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce roles (Admin, Junior Consultant, Analyst)
• Proficient in English
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes
• Familiarity with Change Sets or Gearset deployments and data migration processes
• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification preferred
