Salesforce Technical Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting a growing organization, the part-time contracted Salesforce Technical Consultant will manage advanced configuration, automation, and reporting tasks while ensuring optimal performance and data integrity of the Salesforce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance and functional setup of the Salesforce environment, including configuration and platform governance
- Ensure data accuracy and security through routine audits, data management protocols, and advanced reporting support
- Build and optimize automation processes, troubleshoot complex issues, and participate in strategic planning for long-term platform vision
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration or consulting experience, with advanced expertise in Salesforce Flow
- Strong skills in Salesforce security, data modeling, and architecture, along with experience in reports and dashboards
- Demonstrated troubleshooting capabilities and experience with Salesforce integrations and connected apps
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or Nonprofit Success Pack, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven context
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
