Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Enablement Manager, Revenue Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engaging training sessions for Salesforce and connected revenue tools, ensuring users understand best practices and workflows
  • Develop and maintain training materials tailored to specific roles, including user guides and e-learning modules
  • Drive adoption and system confidence by identifying gaps in usage and implementing targeted enablement programs
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Systems Training
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience, with Admin-level proficiency preferred
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent experience strongly preferred
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to quickly learn and teach new tools
  • Proven ability to create scalable training resources and deliver programs across multiple teams
