Salesforce Technical Evangelist
Job Summary
Serving as the technical face of Flosum within the Salesforce ecosystem, the full-time Salesforce Technical Evangelist will manage technical webinars, engage the user community, and represent Flosum at industry events while promoting Salesforce best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, host, and deliver technical webinars and demos to showcase Flosum solutions and drive engagement
- Evangelize Flosum's offerings through various content formats, including blog posts, videos, and social media
- Build and energize the user community through ongoing programs and engagement initiatives
Required qualifications
- 3-7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in roles such as admin, developer, architect, or consultant
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Administrator, Developer, or Architect track); an active Trailhead profile is a plus
- Proven track record of public technical communication, including webinars, conference talks, or technical content creation
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and measurable results in audience engagement
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem concepts, including release cycles and DevOps practices
