Salesforce Technical Evangelist
Job Summary
To serve as the technical face and voice of Flosum within the Salesforce ecosystem, the full-time Salesforce Technical Evangelist will manage webinars, evangelize Flosum solutions, and engage with the user community while rapidly mastering new Salesforce releases and product capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, host, and deliver a consistent cadence of technical webinars and demos showcasing Flosum solutions and Salesforce best practices
- Position Flosum as the go-to solution for Salesforce DevOps, backup, and data management through various content formats
- Build and energize Flosum's user community through ongoing programs, office hours, and customer advocacy initiatives
Required qualifications
- 3-7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in roles such as admin, developer, architect, or consultant
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Administrator, Developer, or Architect track) and an active Trailhead profile
- A proven track record of public technical communication, including webinars, conference talks, or a well-followed technical blog
- Strong marketing instincts with a focus on audience, messaging, and measurable results
- Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, including release cycles and DevOps/CI-CD concepts
