Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead (Salesforce) to manage and optimize Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, translating business requirements into solutions
• Develop custom solutions and integrations, and provide technical guidance to teams and clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage platform upgrades while maintaining technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, with recent experience as a Technical Lead or Developer
• 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Lightning, Apex, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• 2+ years of experience with Web Services development or Salesforce APIs
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and development lifecycle
• Active Salesforce certifications with a willingness to pursue additional certifications
