Job Summary

Salesforce Technical Lead, a full-time position, is responsible for owning the technical direction of the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring best practices and scalable solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Provide technical guidance to teams and oversee Salesforce releases, including updates and feature evaluations

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or architecture-focused role
• Multiple Salesforce certifications, including Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder
• Proven track record in designing scalable solutions using Salesforce configuration and custom development
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce and CI/CD processes
• Experience in a multi-environment setup with a well-defined release process
