Job Summary

To lead enterprise Salesforce initiatives, the remote contract Salesforce Technical Lead will manage development teams, provide technical direction, and drive best practices for Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce development teams and provide architecture guidance and code review oversight
Design and implement enterprise Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and APIs
Analyze existing Salesforce orgs for optimization and lead modernization efforts, ensuring compliance with best practices

Required Qualifications

8+ years of Salesforce development experience
2+ years in a Salesforce Technical Lead role
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
Proven ability to lead development teams and mentor engineers
Experience with Salesforce deployment and CI/CD tools
