Job Summary
Seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to work remotely, this full-time position will manage the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, focusing on enhancing user experience and operational efficiency through advanced technologies such as AI and automation.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions
- Optimize integration and performance of Service Cloud Voice and Genesys Cloud for improved contact center experiences
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce capabilities and measurable outcomes
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem in a technical lead role
- 5+ years of experience with Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice
- 2+ years of development experience with Lightning Web Components and Aura Components
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice architecture and telephony integration
- Experience in SDLC processes and Agile methodology
