Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of developers and collaborating with business stakeholders, the full-time Salesforce Technical Lead will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions while driving business transformation initiatives in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions and define solution architectures
• Lead Salesforce development efforts, including Apex coding, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with third-party applications
• Mentor and manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring adherence to best practices and project delivery standards

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce implementation and development experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex and Lightning Web Components
• 3+ years of experience leading Salesforce development teams or technical projects
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integration with systems like HubSpot and NetSuite
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments and strong stakeholder management skills
