Salesforce Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Salesforce Center of Innovation technical support program across various functions
• Provide overall program management and delivery oversight for Salesforce activities supporting mission systems
• Manage cross-functional teams and drive Agile program execution, including sprint planning and backlog management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience, with at least five (5) years in leading complex projects
• Active CBP BI clearance required
• Certification in project management preferred (e.g., PMP or PgMP)
• Experience with full lifecycle Agile program management
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
