Job Summary

To drive customer engagement and optimize marketing journeys, the remote contract Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant will leverage strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, combining business analysis and technical implementation to deliver scalable omnichannel customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and implement customer engagement strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools such as Journey Builder and Automation Studio
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs for effective marketing solutions
• Optimize customer journeys and marketing campaigns through data analysis and audience segmentation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proven experience in a Techno-Functional Consultant role, handling both business and technical requirements
• Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and omnichannel marketing strategies
• Experience with SQL and data analysis for customer data modeling
