Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise technology, CRM, or digital transformation leadership
• Minimum 5 years leading Salesforce transformation programs at scale
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams
• Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce and integrations
• Salesforce certifications and Agile or PMP certifications are beneficial
