Job Summary

Salesforce Voice Architect is a remote contract position responsible for designing and implementing voice solutions using Amazon Connect and Service Cloud Voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement voice solutions using Amazon Connect and Service Cloud Voice
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and functionality of voice systems
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Connect and Service Cloud Voice
• Strong understanding of voice architecture and design principles
• Proven ability to work independently as a contractor
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and solutions
• Relevant certifications in Salesforce or voice technologies preferred
