Job Summary

A company is looking for a PROvider Specialist to support Provider Management activities remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts business reviews and prepares materials for performance discussions with Independent Service Providers
  • Organizes and sends invitations and required documents for business reviews to Providers and stakeholders
  • Tracks feedback and action plans from business reviews to ensure follow-up and improvement of the Provider experience
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
  • Up to 1 year of experience in a call center, administrative, retail, or service support environment
  • Must obtain a salesperson license within 60 days if required by local regulations
