Job Summary
A company is looking for a PROvider Specialist to support Provider Management activities remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts business reviews and prepares materials for performance discussions with Independent Service Providers
- Organizes and sends invitations and required documents for business reviews to Providers and stakeholders
- Tracks feedback and action plans from business reviews to ensure follow-up and improvement of the Provider experience
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
- Up to 1 year of experience in a call center, administrative, retail, or service support environment
- Must obtain a salesperson license within 60 days if required by local regulations
