SAM Pro Consultant
Job Summary
To enhance the ServiceNow SAM Pro repository, the remote SAM Pro Consultant will engage in a full-time effort to normalize software models, clean up records, and validate entitlements over a 20-week project duration.
Key responsibilities
- Improve the accuracy of the SAM Pro repository by normalizing software models and cleaning up unnecessary records
- Validate and associate software entitlements with the correct software models, ensuring compliance and accurate reconciliation
- Conduct ongoing reconciliation and quality validation to address unmatched installations and compliance exceptions
Required qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro and IT asset management (ITAM) processes
- Proven ability in software model normalization and cleanup activities
- Familiarity with entitlement validation and license management
- Strong analytical skills to review and validate software and entitlement relationships
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level)
