Sample Operations Manager

Job Summary

To optimize the end-to-end sample operations process, the full-time remote Sample Operations Manager will build and manage systems for tracking marketing samples, coordinate cross-departmental requests, and ensure timely delivery for product launches and photoshoots.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sample lifecycle and maintain a centralized sample management system
• Manage all sample requests and prioritize competing needs to align with marketing campaigns and product launches
• Serve as the primary operational contact for overseas vendors, ensuring effective communication and timely resolutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Product Development, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in apparel product development or sample management
• Experience working with overseas factories and vendors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management software
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
