Job Summary
Supporting multiple governance functions within the Global Sanctions program, the full-time salaried Sanctions Governance Analyst will manage sanctions reporting, screening implementations, and automation initiatives while collaborating with business, compliance, and technology stakeholders to ensure effective governance frameworks and data standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and distribute sanctions program reporting and metrics for governance and risk oversight
- Serve as a subject matter expert for sanctions screening implementations and collaborate with technology teams on solutions
- Support automation development for sanctions-related processes and monitor performance for effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sanctions compliance, financial crime compliance, or regulatory governance
- Familiarity with sanctions screening tools and experience supporting compliance reporting
- Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and reporting/dashboard tools like Tableau
- Understanding of sanctions program governance and risk oversight standards
