Job Summary

To support a centralized Denied Party Screening team, the full-time Sanctions Risk Specialist (Chinese) will investigate denied parties and sanctions matches, assist in customer due diligence, and provide training and mentorship to new hires in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Investigate denied parties and sanctions potential matches to support various business units
  • Participate in ongoing customer due diligence and identify gaps in compliance processes
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new investigators and operations team members
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in Chinese (speaking, writing, and reading)
  • 3+ years of experience in suspicious activity monitoring, fraud investigations, or denied parties screening
  • Working knowledge of U.S. denied parties and sanctioned country laws and regulations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
