Sanitation Lead

Job Summary

Leading a sanitation team in a full-time capacity, the Sanitation Lead will organize workflow, set objectives, and ensure compliance with sanitation standards during 12-hour shifts at the Springfield facility.

Key responsibilities

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules for the sanitation crew
• Ensure sanitary conditions are upheld by working directly with crew members and evaluating their job performance
• Drive continuous improvement of sanitation processes and assist in executing planned sanitation events

Required qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in a sanitation manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in leadership or supervisory roles
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English for safety and food quality reasons
• Capacity to frequently lift and/or move up to 60 lbs
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and basic division
