SAP ABAP CRM Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing IT services team, the full-time remote SAP ABAP CRM Consultant will design and develop end-to-end CRM technical solutions, optimize forms and reports, and implement interfaces while collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop CRM technical solutions across forms, reports, interfaces, and enhancements
- Build and optimize SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms, including print programs and output determination
- Implement and maintain interfaces using ALE/IDoc, BAPI/RFC, and web services, along with executing data migration and mass updates
Required qualifications
- 6-12 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience with significant exposure to SAP CRM
- Proficiency in SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Interactive Forms, and performance-optimized reporting
- Experience with ALE/IDoc configuration, BAPI/RFC development, and data migration using LSMW and BDC
- Strong knowledge of enhancements via User Exits, BAdIs, and the Enhancement Framework
- Familiarity with Object-Oriented ABAP patterns and SAP Business Workflows development
