SAP ABAP Developer

Job Summary

To support critical HR and Payroll processes, the hybrid SAP ABAP Developer will design, develop, and enhance ABAP solutions while collaborating with functional consultants and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP reports and OData services for SAP applications
• Troubleshoot and optimize ABAP code, ensuring alignment with HR and Payroll requirements

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience
• Strong expertise in object-oriented ABAP development and SAP HR and Payroll processes
• Experience developing and supporting OData services
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
• Proven ability to work in complex SAP landscapes
