SAP ABAP Developer
Job Summary
To support critical business processes, the remote contract SAP ABAP Developer will design, develop, and maintain SAP solutions with a focus on modern development practices, particularly in WM/IM areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver SAP solutions using ABAP and the RESTful Application Programming (RAP) model
- Build and maintain OData services, business objects, and CDS views in line with Clean Core principles
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with ABAP programming, including object-oriented ABAP (ABAP OO), enhancements, BAdIs, and user exits
- Solid experience building managed and unmanaged RAP business objects, including CDS views, behavior definitions, and OData V4 services
- Demonstrated understanding and application of SAP Clean Core principles
- Hands-on experience developing on SAP S/4HANA, including familiarity with HANA-native development
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to access requirements for export-controlled information
