SAP ABAP Developer
Job Summary
Experienced SAP ABAP developers will find a full-time remote opportunity focused on S/4HANA Brownfield implementation and conversion projects, managing custom code remediation and integration scenarios.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze existing ECC custom programs to determine their future in S/4HANA, including retention, remediation, redesign, or retirement
- Develop and optimize RICEFW objects and integrate systems using IDocs, OData, and various APIs
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather business requirements, perform impact analysis, and deliver technical solutions
Required qualifications:
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, specifically with S/4HANA Brownfield projects
- Strong expertise in ABAP OO, ALV, BAPI, BADI, and enhancement frameworks
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 and OData services is a plus
- Good knowledge of ABAP on HANA, including CDS Views and SQL optimization techniques
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and onsite-offshore delivery models
