SAP ABAP Solution Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced SAP ABAP Solution Architect in a 100% remote, full-time role, the candidate will provide technical leadership, define architecture standards, and lead global development teams for SAP S/4HANA transformations and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define SAP technical architecture and development standards while leading S/4HANA transformation and modernization programs
• Design and develop complex SAP solutions using OO ABAP, ABAP on HANA, and Fiori/UI5, ensuring code optimization and alignment with SAP Clean Core strategy
• Lead and mentor global ABAP development teams, conducting design reviews and managing project delivery and risk assessments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 15+ years of SAP ABAP experience, with expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP
• Proven experience leading global SAP transformation programs
• SAP ABAP/SAP BTP/S/4HANA certifications preferred
• Experience managing teams of 15-50 SAP consultants and engaging with executive stakeholders
