Job Summary

A company is looking for a SAP Accounting Specialist (LATAM Tax).

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement the Record-to-Report (RTR) process in SAP S/4HANA for LATAM finance operations
Gather and analyze country-specific business and regulatory requirements in the Fintech sector
Ensure successful integration of finance with SAP PTP, OTC, Tax, and Treasury modules

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 8+ years of SAP FICO experience with a focus on Asset Accounting and Tax
Proven experience in full-cycle S/4HANA migration projects
Experience with LATAM region deployments, including country-specific localization
Hands-on experience preparing and executing data migration strategies for financial data
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work in cross-functional global teams
