Key Responsibilities

Act as a UAT Lead for the SAP APMe implementation team
Lead discovery meetings, technical discussions, and client presentations
Utilize technical knowledge to develop solutions and estimates

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience with SAP Agent Performance Management (APMe) enterprise edition software
5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Experience in managing commission and incentive plans for external producers
Familiarity with Producer Management, Compensation & Performance, and Agent Connection modules
