SAP Application Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the SAP Application Analyst will configure, implement, support, and maintain SAP applications, ensuring effective integration with business operations and technical systems.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoots and resolves application issues while providing end-user support for SAP ERP (ECC 6.0 & BW)
- Monitors SAP applications for maintenance, upgrades, and implementation issues, assisting in process design and documentation
- Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues and may lead small projects, driving solutions through meaningful customer interactions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Three years of experience in SAP application support or related roles
- Knowledge of SAP ERP (ECC 6.0 & BW) and best practices for application integration
- Ability to analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions
- Experience in business operational process design and documentation
