SAP ASE Cloud Consultant
Job Summary
Leading the technical implementation of SAP ASE Cloud Edition, the full-time onsite Consultant will manage the installation, configuration, and validation of a non-production development and test environment for client development teams.
Key responsibilities
- Install and configure SAP ASE, including databases, devices, and storage
- Support application connectivity and integration testing while troubleshooting installation issues
- Document configuration settings and deliver operational runbooks, along with knowledge transfer sessions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience administering SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE)
- Proven experience implementing SAP ASE Cloud Edition
- Expertise in database performance tuning and backup/recovery strategies
- Strong knowledge of network connectivity and firewall troubleshooting
- Experience working with development and test environments
