SAP B1 Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Manager, SAP Business One.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation team, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service
• Build and nurture client relationships while driving continual improvement in Net Promoter Score (NPS)
• Oversee multiple complex SAP B1 program engagements, monitoring project implementation and resources

Required Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 5-7 years' experience with ERP solutions, preferably SAP B1 SQL and/or HANA
• Solid experience in Accounting, Information Systems, ERP Project Management, and Team Leadership
• Minimum 5 years' experience in team management and leading complex projects in a Professional Services/Consulting environment
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to engage and nurture client relationships
