SAP B1 Support Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the full-time SAP B1 Support Consultant will maintain expert knowledge of SAP Business One, provide consultation and support services, and customize reports while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain expert knowledge of SAP Business One and provide estimates for client requests
- Recognize gaps between SAP solutions and client business practices, offering tailored support and training
- Conduct migration support from legacy systems into SAP Business One and liaise with Implementation Consultants for innovative solutions
Required qualifications
- Experience in SAP Business One in a consultancy or support role
- Qualifications in Accounting and/or Information Systems from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Experience in SQL for creating and amending queries/reports
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Crystal Reports
- Ability to effectively manage client expectations and multitask in a fast-paced environment
