SAP Basis Administrator

Job Summary

To ensure optimal performance and security of SAP landscapes, the full-time remote SAP Basis Administrator will manage system architecture, provide technical support, and collaborate with IT teams while acting as a liaison with third-party resources.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for SAP systems, troubleshooting issues in alignment with service level agreements
• Lead the creation of strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with Valvoline IT and business groups
• Administer SAP change transport processes and mentor junior level administrators

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in information technology solutions and SAP Basis Administration
• Hands-on experience with SAP technologies including S/4HANA, ECC, and SAP Business Technology Platform
• Familiarity with Windows and Unix operating systems
• Experience with Office 365 tools and cloud application deployment
