SAP BASIS Specialist

Job Summary

Providing hands-on technical leadership, the contract SAP BASIS Specialist will support a complex enterprise SAP landscape, ensuring system health and performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SAP BASIS administrator, managing the health, stability, and performance of the SAP ecosystem
• Lead SAP system installations, configurations, upgrades, and troubleshooting across various SAP platforms
• Coordinate patch management and perform proactive system monitoring and capacity planning to maintain optimal performance

Required qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on SAP BASIS administration experience with both ABAP and Java stacks
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex SAP ecosystems in cloud and on-premises environments
• Proven experience with S/4HANA migration programs and SAP RISE / Private Cloud Edition environments
• Strong technical experience administering SAP platforms including ECC6, S/4HANA, BW, and CRM
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline preferred
