SAP BODS Support Specialist
Job Summary
Providing ongoing technical support and maintenance for SAP BODS production interfaces, the full-time remote SAP BODS Support Specialist will troubleshoot issues, perform error analysis, and coordinate with teams for enhancements and support.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and support approximately 5 daily BODS production interfaces
- Troubleshoot interface failures and resolve BODS technical issues
- Maintain technical documentation and support stabilization from implementation to steady-state operations
Required qualifications
- Hands-on SAP BODS development and production support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities
- Experience supporting SAP data interfaces and integrations
- Ability to work with functional, business, and technical teams
- Experience with Managed Services/production support environments preferred
