Key Responsibilities

• Support the Director of SAP HCM in managing daily operations and system configurations
• Research and resolve issues related to SAP HCM functionalities and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with HR partners to develop reports, documentation, and training materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Two years of SAP or HR/payroll system experience as an alternative to a bachelor's degree
• Ability to work independently and lead training sessions
• Analytical skills to interpret user needs for system enhancements
