SAP Business Analyst
Job Summary
A company in the IT industry is looking for a SAP Business Analyst.
Position Responsibilities:
- Monitor and resolve incidents reported by users via Service Central
- Collaborate with developers to identify and solve issues, creating functional specifications if necessary
- Assist with running special transactions and processes in Production for users due to access limitations or segregation of duties
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with SAP modules FI, CO, AP, GL, and PS
- Ability to gather business requirements for complex solutions
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively with customers and superiors
- Accredited Bachelor's Degree plus applicable experience
