Job Summary

A company in the IT industry is looking for a SAP Business Analyst.

Position Responsibilities:

Monitor and resolve incidents reported by users via Service Central
Collaborate with developers to identify and solve issues, creating functional specifications if necessary
Assist with running special transactions and processes in Production for users due to access limitations or segregation of duties

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience with SAP modules FI, CO, AP, GL, and PS
Ability to gather business requirements for complex solutions
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively with customers and superiors
Accredited Bachelor's Degree plus applicable experience
