SAP Business Analyst Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SAP Business Analyst Lead - Record to Report (R2R) Workstream.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP modules within the R2R workstream
• Drive process improvements in financial close, treasury, and FP&A capabilities
• Manage R2R workstream deliverables, timelines, and budgets within SAP projects

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus
• 7+ years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a lead role focused on R2R processes
• Proven expertise in SAP FICO, Treasury, PaPM, and FP&A modules
• In-depth understanding of SAP modules and their integration with other SAP components
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
